Looking for a housemate from September to join a house of 5 professionals in Central Brighton (age 22-23, 1 guy 4 girls).
We have a spare room in a 6 bed house in Hanover and we’re looking for a housemate. Non-smoker, non-student.
The room is an en-suite, with a double bed. There are 2 living rooms, and a large outdoor space. On street parking permit available. Tax Band C. Bills not included but estimated to be around £70 a month.
We all work Mon-Fri full time jobs, however we do enjoy going for drinks/ socialising on the weekends.
