Triple room in St Peter Church

Hi we are looking for a female flatmate to take over the triple room from the flat. Our current flat mate has a family emergency. We are looking for a respectful friendly clean professional female. The room is unfurnished but we can help to find a furniture if needed. We are not a party house we do not have living room so socialize in the house it is difficult. We have different shifts and timetable we respect that. Deposit will be required. £650 monthly gas and electricity on the top.
