It is a nice room that has a very warm modern carpet. The window opens wide if you need to air it out. The room originally came unfurnished but I am leaving behind my brand new mattress and desk that look clean and modern. The door on the room has a lock that can be locked from the inside and from the outside with a key that you will receive upon signing the contract.
The house is in a great spot being close to Aldi and Lewes Rd Bus Garage bus stop allows you to live cheaply and stay connected with Brighton central all the way up to Falmer.
Everyone in the house is very friendly and easy to talk to. There is a group chat that is fairly active. From my room I have never had any issues with privacy or noise.
This is an overall cheap and great place to live - it just turns out I want to leave the country and miscalculated a bit so my room will be empty for two months.
I am highly available and I am happy to go through with a quick viewing at any weekday after 6pm before 9pm and any time from 9am to 8pm on weekends. Please send me a text on WhatsApp!
