Hey!
I am leaving for New Zealand and am in need of someone to rent out my room to for 12 months. Living here already is Sarah, my lovely flatmate women!! She works as an OT at the hospital.
The room on offer is a large double, which comes as furnished. No other option here I'm afraid. There is a super king bed, chest of drawers, desk, built in wardrobe and a large cupboard. The other I need to store my crap whilst I'm away!
The bedroom is located on the second floor and next to the bathroom. The kitchen, living room and Sarah's room are on the first floor.
The place is fully furnished and has all the kitchen stuff. These are all my belongings which are important to me so the occupant would need to be respectful of that. And whilst not being militant we try to keep the place clean and share the house work!
Looking for a chilled, single professional 😊
The only bills not included are TV licence and netflix etc. Water/gas/electric/internet/council tax is covered, though if there is wild use of gas etc this may need looking at further down the line.
Permit zone C if you have a car.
It's Queens Park area, so nice and close to the beach and the Hanover and Kemptown pubs. Station is around 25 mins walk.
