Double Room, Seafront Flat, Central Brighton

Hi there,

I am looking for a lodger for a small but cosy double room, which is fully furnished with lots of storage space (actually has the most storage in the flat!).

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, additional dressing table/drawers, big double rung industrial clothing rail.

All bills are included: council tax, wifi, water, gas, electric, bi-weekly cleaners.

You MUST like cats... there are 2 very friendly and cuddly indoor cats.

PLEASE NOTE: I am currently in the process of selling my flat to up-size, so can only consider short term lets at this time (maximum of 6 months). Could likely start with a 3 month minimum and then a rolling monthly from there for example. The house hunting/selling can take a long time so this can be flexible and length of stay/deposit amount up for discussion.

Very central location, opposite the Lion and Lobster pub.

I work full time, love the odd night out, but absolutely not a party house.
