Double room near centre of Brighton

Hey! I have a double room available from the end of August!

A good location, around a 10 minute walk to Brighton station, 15-20 minute walk to the seafront and a lots of pubs and supermarkets nearby!

The house is lovely (pictures don’t do it justice) it’s a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom, with a spare room that we use to hang laundry, large shared living room and then the kitchen, the kitchen is quite small but it’s been fine for the 5 of us the past year.

The housemates are lovely, we’ve all become really good friends and I’m sad to be leaving them! It’s quite a social house, we hang out most nights in the living room together and go to the pub and days out etc, so ideally looking for someone who is keen for that but also understand everyone needs their own space/time.

The room is unfurnished but I can maybe sell my bed and chest of drawers if needed!

As this is the bigger room in the house, the rent is 520 a month, with bills it comes to around 650 altogether depending on the month!
