Short let: Gorgeous double attic room in Fiveways

I have a lovely 4 bedroom house with two toilets opposite a park with cafe, tennis courts and pub. 2 mins to local shops. 5 mins to London Road station or 15 mins to Preston Park. 5 mins to bus routes into town and Universities. Parking is plentiful but needs visitors permit. Bills inc but not council tax band E.

On offer is an attic room. Very private. Emma mattress and desk. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom. I am vegetarian but do not mind meat eaters.

I am looking for professionals preferably. Someone who is quiet and peaceful (no loud music or friends back ) and who is happy to use their room as their main hang out space. Depending on how it goes, we may be able to agree access to living room/garden
