I am a former tenant of this house, due to unforeseen circumstances I have had to move back home and I am looking for someone to replace my tenancy.
It is a 6 bed and 2 bathroom partly furnished household.
Bills are not included in the rent. We have a great package that costs £17pw.
My former tenants are a group of 5 girls who are nice and sociable. They enjoy nights out as well as staying in. They are tidy, organised and have good communication with one another.
The house is near Lewis Road, a student area in Brighton. It is close to the Moulsecoomb campus and about a 10 minute bus ride from the centre.
