We’ve been in this house for 4 years, renting from a relaxed, responsive and helpful private landlord. Any issues have been solved quickly. Tenancy for minimum 6 months, ideally 12.
Current housemates are two girls (both 25) and one guy (26). We’re friendly and sociable - two young professionals and one student. We like hiking, staying fit and healthy, dance music, going out at weekends, chilled nights in, BBQs, weekends away etc.
We’re pretty clean and easy-going, and we ask the same of you. This should go without saying, but LGBTQ friendly only please :)
The room is comfortable and comes with a single bed & mattress, but it can fit a double bed. It has a built in space efficient wardrobe.
Deposit = 5 weeks’ rent
Bills are around £100-120pcm (including Council Tax - Band D)
