We have a double room to rent to a mature/ quiet student for a long term let. The room is spacious with a double bed, double wardrobe , a small fridge, drawers and plenty of shelving. We will provide a desk should you require one.
We have a large kitchen/diner, where you will have your own cupboard, fridge and freezer shelf. There is a shared bathroom and separate toilet downstairs. We also have a lovely garden and views over Brighton from the back of the house.
Very close by, we have all the local amenities Fiveways has to offer and the bus journey into the centre of town is only 5/10 minutes or a 25 minute walk.
I am a full time teacher living with my 25 year old daughter and my son is travelling at the moment.
Monthly rent includes all bills, WI-FI and council tax band D.
