The bills including council tax are approximately 180.

The room is available from the 10th of September. The room is available for six months although there is a possibility of extending that beyond that period depending on circumstances.

I work from home full time though am often out in the evening and weekends and sometimes might have friends over for dinner. The house is kept clean and tidy. I also have a very friendly cat though he does shed hair so may not be suitable for someone with allergies.
