We are 2 friends, looking for a new housemate preferably a working professional. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, social but also likes their own space and understand other people’s space. The room has a built in wardrobe and plenty of space for furniture and storage. The flat itself is furnished however the room is not. We are both working professionals, I work in a restaurant on the seafront, and my housemate works at a restaurant in town. We like to cycle, cook, and hang out and go to our local. There is an admin/variation fee of £156 upfront, the hot water and heating is all included in the rent, bills are around 80-100. Please contact us for more details!
