Available from beginning September 2024, we have a bright and cosy furnished double room to rent in our family home near Preston Park station.



Shared kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, lovely garden. 

Property is in a quiet area, super close to Preston Park station, with Sainsburys or Tesco a short walk away. Preston Park is at the end of the road. Regular buses into town/the beach, take the train one stop, hire a cycle or enjoy the walk.



All bills included, covering gas, electricity, water, council tax and Wifi. 



The room is furnished with:

Double bed (bedding available if required)
Desk, chair and desk lamp

Full length mirror

Clothing rail and shelving



Available for a short term or longer term let, with one month deposit and references please. Tenancy agreement provided. 



Would suit student or working professional who likes kids.

Happy to consider a Monday-Friday let, if required.
