Room right next to Brighton Station

I’m moving out of my amazing houseshare due to work travel and am looking for someone to take over my lease, which runs until March 2025 (with potential for extension). The available room is the second largest in the house and currently has two single beds. While I’m taking the clothing rail with me, I’m happy to sell the IKEA chest of drawers to the next tenant.

You’ll be living with a friendly group of queer neurodivergent she/thems who enjoy occasional game nights and maintain an open, welcoming environment for guests and partners. The house’s standout feature is its fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from Brighton Station.

The household consists of part-time employed individuals, so there’s usually someone home. Bills are split evenly, typically around £50 per person per month, plus £50 for council tax. I’m keen to move out as soon as possible, so the move-in date is flexible. A viewing is highly recommended, and I’m happy to arrange virtual viewings if needed.
