The remainder of the flat is just for the use of the owners and visitors are not allowed to enter the flat...
There is a convenience store within 50 m and easy access to several bus routes and Brighton City Centre.
Note there is no off street parking for cars, motorcycles or bicycles although on-street parking is currently available at no cost.
