Hello future roomie! Our fantastic housemate is leaving to move in with their partner. We have a large double room available to rent just off Lewes Road for a 12 month tenancy. Move in date is 22nd September 2024. Rent is £700 plus bills. You will be sharing with two young, fun, chilled 30 year old female professionals, who both work full-time.
A little about us:
We are laid back girls that enjoy going to the beach, skateboarding, cycling, sailing, gaming, pub etc. We’re quite active and social but equally like a quiet night in on the sofa watching trash tv. We're both extremely respectful of shared living, and so it’s important to keep communal spaces very clean and tidy for everyone.
A little about the room/house:
The house is situated 20min walk away from the beach, 15/20min walk from Brighton station, parking is available on street directly outside house with a valid permit. The house is close to shops/amenities (end of the road Co Op, 5min walk to big sainsburys, 10min walk to big Aldi/opticians, 5 minute walk to pharmacy/doctors surgery)
Loads of bus links on lewes road (25/23/48 etc)
The house itself is a 3 bed, but it's spread across 3 floors. Your bedroom would be the top floor, which is the main master bedroom. To reduce rent price, you will need to be comfortable with a subletter too, please do ask any questions you have about this.
The room is a large double bedroom, which comes with the option of being furnished. There's plenty of natural light too, which makes the space really special and ideal for all your plant babies. We have a nice big kitchen and the communal living space leads onto a garden, perfect for bbq’s in summer! The shared bathroom also doubles as a utility room, including a tumble dryer too.
We’d also love to make this house a home, so please only show interest if this will be a home to you too.
