Cosy double room available in female flatshare

Hi!
We are Maddie (25) and Caitie (32). We are both full-time working professionals and are looking for a 3rd girl to join us in our flat!

A cosy double room with a built in double wardrobe with mirrored doors. Room will be unfurnished but you'd only need bedroom stuff as the rest of the house is full of furniture. The wardrobe is also heated so it can be warmed up in the winter. You'll also have your own fridge (the freezer compartment is very small so you'd be able to share the big freezer with us).

Move in date is 27th September (that's when your first month's rent will be due) but can be arranged to be a bit earlier if needed. Rent is £433.33 a month, bills come to around £130 each a month all in (probably a bit less). Damage deposit is £500 and there is a £50 admin fee. 6 month contract which then becomes rolling.
References needed.

A bit more about myself and Caitie – we are very chilled out girls who love roller-skating, crafts, and a good true crime documentary. We enjoy cooking for each other and the occasional drink/night out/small gatherings but we by no means want this to be a party house! We are clean and tidy individuals so would want someone who is also clean and tidy so we can keep the flat nice and be proud of it. There is an outdoor space, so smoking is okay as long as it is kept outdoors! We are always considerate of each other.
