I have a mezzanine floor 3 bed apartment . I live with my 8 year old son and 2 dogs.
The room available is on a lower floor of apartment. Which feels very private. Next to the kitchen. It has its own toilet and small sink. We live upstairs. And shared bathroom is upstairs.
We are peaceful, respectful and no partying household. I would expect the roommate be the same.
I also consider short term at extra cost .
The apartment is inside 5 star hotel , therefore you could use gym, parking, etc at extra cost
