New tenant needed ASAP!!

We are a house of 5 and we currently have a room available as one of the tenants is taking a year out. The house is located near Lewes Road and is £152.50 pppw (£660.83 pppm) + bills (currently £80 pppm). The house has 2 bathrooms and an open plan living room/kitchen. The house is close to the St Paul's street bus stop, so it is easy to travel to lots of places in Brighton.

We are all girls, but tenant who is leaving is male and we would be fine with another male tenant! We are a generally quiet household who prefer to stay in and watch movies/cook together, but we do sometimes organise outings together. (We don't mind if you like to go out, just as long as the house is quiet if it's late!) We are good at keeping the house tidy and taking turns to do chores. We are also an LGBT and disability friendly household :)

We are a smoke-free household so non-smokers only please :)
