Hi I’m looking for someone to replace me in a tenancy. It starts on the 14th September. I’ve already paid first months rent but something came up and I have to move out. It is an all girls house 5 of us in total. They’re all so lovely and we’re 2/3rd year undergraduates. It is on Newmarket Road, great location close to Sussex and Brighton university. The rent is £628 per month. + bills is £80 which comes to around £708 per month. Please let me know ASAP!
