Description
Hi I'm Zara - I'm going travelling for three and a half months this year, and am looking for a lovely person to join our 6 bed house for that time!
We're a social house but also like our own space. We have a garden & a nice lounge so always opportunities to hang out in the sun or watch a movie / do some art together.
We're looking for a young professional who is either already thinking of moving to Brighton, or fancies a change for a bit. Someone who is quiet, clean and friendly and shares similar interests to us if possible!

About the room:
The room is small, but not cramped. Theres loads of storage space. All the furniture in the room will be left there including the lamps & mattress. But everything inside will be removed. Theres a desk too that folds away if you ever need more floor space.
For reference, while the desk is open I am able to do yoga in the floor space to get an idea of room.
Over the winter the room doesn't get significantly damp. There have been no problems with mould or anything. The window is single glazed and sometimes needs a wipe in the morning. I would say that the room can be a bit chilly but its never been really uncomfortable. So far our house haven't been afraid of putting on the heating so if you are getting cold you can always ask to turn up the heating!

Noise levels
- Tom who lives in the room next door to me is super quiet & lovely. He is a drummer & has an electric kit, and always is really considerate and asks if it's ok to play. He works late shifts but is very quiet when he comes in after work.
- There is a train station outside (London Road station) - I am a light sleeper & it doesn't keep me up. Its very low level and if anything kinda relaxing.
- Neighbours are super quiet - never hear anything from them as well as housemates. There have been one or two parties in the 1 year that we've lived here, but only on a Saturday night.

Cleaning:
We have a rota for cleaning each week & all are expected to do out bit & if we can't: communicate about it! Sometimes life gets in the way and thats ok, just need to make sure everyone knows where everyone's at
