Spacious Double Room Top Floor

This room is available from mid December until beginning of April!
It's got good airflow as it is a loft room and an extra spacious king size bed with two massive draws underneath for storage. The room has a slanted ceiling (just letting you know) and also has a beautiful veiw of the ocean as it is on a hill. The roof, incidentally, is accessible from the window, which I think is nice..

This is my room so as such some of my belongings will still exist, though you are free to use them and anything that I will not share(clothes I guess) can be taken from the room and put in storage by the time you move in, meaning the space is all yours (with possible exception of my guitar, which you are welcome to use if you play).

Also I have a cool blender, toaster and a toastie maker which, along with my beautiful guitar, are the only things that I would personally take out of the deposit if damaged, though any costs I incur from the landlord as damages to the room would come from you aswell :)))
With that in mind, these items are all in good condition and it would be pretty hard to lose any money breaking them if used responsibly and with kindness.

Rent is £175 weekly which comes to just over £750 per month, most months.

As per request of the landlord, +£15 weekly for couples, and I would recommend this room to couples as we live in a time with a shortage of good spaces that are fit for two.

*update *-- New thicker and comfier matress than the old one, not shown in the photos but you'll see when you view the room!

Also there is a swivel officey chair and a very good desk space if you study or work from home, as I do!

Single Occupancy is OK too but if that changes the same cost can be applied as Landlord will know and will charge me for it :)

This doesn't apply to ONS or weekend guests, I'm talking about Girlfriends, Boyfriends, Theyfriends and other partners

I don't care much about your gender, it is yours to keep and define after all, I do care very much about your conduct. Be kind and respectful to my flatmate!
