A 5th housemate is needed for a single room in a five bedroom house that has two kitchens and two bathrooms.

It is located in a serene environment in Kemptown behind the Royal Sussex County Hospital. It is a 15 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes to LIDL and about 30 minutes to the Marina.

The house is a few meters from the bus stop with access to the bus 37 and 37b that goes to the City Centre, London Road and Lewes Road Garage. It is also an eight minutes walk from the Royal Sussex County Hospital with buses 23 to the universities and bus 7 to Hove.

Ground floor: On the ground floor two bedrooms, the first of two kitchens with a washing machine, and a bathroom.

First floor: Large lounge area with access to balcony, second modern kitchen with dining area and stair access down to garden.

Second floor: Three bedrooms and a second bathroom. The single room for rent is on this floor.

There are also additional storage areas in the house for use.

The room is lovely with a really good view and furnished with a bed, mattress, built in wardrobe, table and chair.

The room is available from 9th September 2024 up to 9th March 2025 and it is likely the tenancy will not exceed this 6 months period.

A guarantor is required but upfront payment might be preferable in order to hasten the application process and ensure the move in date is 9th Sep.

There are currently four flat mates; two females and two males, all postgraduate students at the University of Sussex rounding up their degrees in the next few weeks.
