6 month let in our home whilst we travel!

We are looking to rent our 2 bed house whilst we travel for 6 months starting from 6th October.

1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom (used as an office but could be a child’s room), bathroom, two reception rooms, kitchen, downstairs toilet and a garden (not overlooked). The property will be furnished.

£1500 pcm for 6 months

Great location: 10 minute walk to Preston park station and then 58 minutes to London bridge, 20 minutes walk to seven dials and 35 minutes walk to Brighton beach.

Parking: free on street parking on the weekends and possibility of arranging of parking permit if needed.

As this is our home and a quiet residential area, we will be looking for people who are respectful and considerate to both our home and our neighbours. No smokers, students or pets.

Deposit: £1500 and we will register it with the DPS.

Tenancy agreement: an AST with a check in and check out inventory.
