Small Double Room in Sevendials

My second bedroom is available to rent. It has a double bed, double clothes rail and bedside table.

There is a very large shared living room with dining table, plus good sized kitchen with lots of storage.

There is a small patio outside the kitchen which you would have sole use of (i always meant to grow herbs, etc here but never got round to it.) Its big enough to put a bistro set out.

There is also a small garden at the back of the flat, but this is accessed via my bedroom. I dont mind you using it, but obviously not if im sleeping!

Sevendials is super central, the flat is 5 mins from the station and 10 mins to the beach.

A very well behaved (if slightly aloof) dog called Eric stays here from Fri-Mon as I have shared ownership of him with my ex.

A cleaner comes weekly to sort out common areas.

I work Mon-Thu, am generally quite chilled out during the week and tend to socialise on weekends.
