Fitted with modern bathroom and extra deep bathtub. New washing machine, fridge and oven installed. Living room, dining table and has a garden with regular gardener included in the rent.

Current housemates are three female university students, very sweet and respectful. Clean, tidy and friendly individuals. I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy so I can live closer to family.
