There are excellent transport links to both university campuses, the city centre, nearby shops, restaurants and pubs.

Everything you need will be practically on your door step, many bus routes, London Road train station and the large Sainsburys.

One of the main features of the house is the modern kitchen with lots of storage space and appliances such as 2 fridge freezers, a cooker, washing machine and a dishwasher.
