Room in BN1 in friendly garden house 💜

We have one bedroom available in our wonderful house located right next to London Road Train station. It’s a 5 minute walk to London Road and around a 10-15 minute walk into town. The house is also super close to Preston Park and has a spacious sunny garden. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and we also have lovely neighbours (one of them have a cat that you can pet if you want to 😋.)

We are four working professionals in the creative industries, that are looking for a lovely person to complete our home. Some of us work from home, we love music, watercolours, sea swimming, books, photography, poetry and going to pubs/cafes/gigs/all the nice places with friends ❤️. We are looking for like-minded people that like a clean, sociable and calm home and want to create a space where everyone feels at home 🏠.

The rent for the room is £572 a month. Bills are not included in this, so internet, council tax (band A) and utilities are in addition to that (roughly £80-100) a month. Deposit is £626. The room is available from 9th October and will be on a 12
month contract. We are looking for working professionals with a UK guarantor age 27 and up!
