I would prefer a group to take the whole flat but if I can find 3 individuals that is fine too but would prefer to take students if renting rooms on an individual basis to avoid complications with council tax. Minimum 10 months contract.
Lovely large flat with excellent transport links and a beautiful view of the south downs. Free parking for your car as it is just outside the restricted parking zone and less than 5 mins to the train station or bus stops. The local train takes 5 minutes to central Brighton and runs 3-4 times per hour. There are also a number of local shops and takeaways in the vicinity and the uni is 5 minutes walk down the hill from the house next to the train station.
The flat consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single, although I can put a double bed in the single room if required), a large lounge/kitchen and a bathroom. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer at the property and comes furnished.
I would prefer tenants that can pay at least 3 months rent upfront when they move in (1st month and final 2 months).
Bills are included except for electricity. House is well insulated with solar panels. Non students will need to pay council tax.
