Student Room To Rent

I’m looking for someone to replace me in this tenancy on Ladysmith Rd. It’s only 10 mins from Moulsecoomb campus, and a 10 minute walk to a bus that goes to Sussex Uni.
Rent is £585 a month, with an added unlimited bills package of about £100.
The tenancy has only started, and it is available to move into as soon as possible.
All the other tenants are second year University of Brighton students. All of them are friendly, clean and easy going.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has a washing machine, oven, microwave etc.
A student would be preferred, but if not, be aware that you would have to pay the council tax.
