Description
This is a sociable house share that enjoys frequent game/film nights and the odd takeaway. Current housemates are are male and mostly mid-30s, with one lively and youthful 70 odd year old.
They are a passionate bunch, interests including: comic books, films, sci-fi/fantasy (especially Dr Who), creative writing, drawing, music, video games, coding and gym-ing.
It is 4 mins walk to Brighton station, which is handy for visiting friends/family as well as getting to pretty much anywhere. Close to lots of great independent pubs/shops/cafes. There is a Pure Gym 3 mins walk away if that is your cup of tea. For big shops, Aldi and Sainsbury's are both close by.
Buses to most parts of the city can be caught from St Peter's or Old Steine near by.
The room gets lots of evening sun and shares the top floor of the house with another bedroom and bathroom. There are two bathrooms in total, a shared kitchen/diner with TV and two small patio areas at the back.
This room would suit someone who wants easy access to the centre of town, with similar interests who is looking for a sociable house share. But current housemates are open-minded and easy going, so if you think this room would suit you please do get in touch!
It came unfurnished but we can discuss leaving some furniture if that would suit you better.
Bills usually come to around £90 a month including internet/energy/water/council tax (band D).
We have the contract until June 2025 with the potential to extend if desired.
Our landlord doesn't allow pets or smoking, sorry
