There are two lovely rooms available in a great location just 5mins from the beach between Brunswick and Palmeira Square. The contract is for 6 months and is available from the 1st November 2024.

ABOUT THE ROOMS
The rent comes in at £516.60 per month for either room with all other costs coming in at £141.20 and the deposit is one month’s rent (£516.60).
The rooms are unfurnished (though some furniture for the living room will be remaining such as the red sofa and a couple coffee tables etc).
The location is incredibly convenient as the apartment is directly above a Sainsbury’s and across from many cute cafes and other amenities immediately on the street outside. You really don’t have to travel far to get anything.
The apartment is 1st floor but with lift access.
5mins walk from the beach and 25-30min walk to Brighton station.
There are bus stops almost immediately outside the apartment for lots of routes including the 1, 1x, 2, 5a, 5b, 6, 46, 49 and 700 etc.

ABOUT ME
I’m 27 and a gentle and considerate housemate. By day I work in a very cute tea shop in town so for tea nerds there will always be plenty of tea and matcha in stock. By night I’m a composer for Theatre & Film with an excessively wide taste in music but I was brought up on Heavy Metal/Rock, Classical and various electronic styles. I’m also a big linguistics, politics and history nerd and take very little encouraging to deliver an impassioned info dump upon request. I’m also frequently at Boulder Brighton trying to embrace my inner Mountain Goat on the climbing wall. Generally I’m very quiet and used to cracking on with my own thing but I’m also highly sociable and always up for a little group outing.
