Large and spacious double room available in a family home with just two people living here. The room has been freshly decorated with new flooring, furniture, and mattress. Everything in the room is brand new and unused.

The house is also large and spacious, with shared use of the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and communal areas. There are two large storage cupboards in the house, so some additional storage can be made available if needed. You will have your own fridge freezer. There is also a garden.

The area is very quiet, peaceful, and safe. The buses here will take you to most places within the city, including Churchill Square and Brighton train station. There is also some parking available.

This is a lodger arrangement, as you’ll be sharing the home with the homeowner. All bills are included in the price, and WiFi is available.

I require one months rent and the deposit which is payable in advance before you move in.
