Two rooms available for mature students or postgrads in a 3 bedroom house:

Room 1: Large double (4.47m x 3.76m)

Room 2: Small double (3.25m x 2.64m)

The house

Unfortunately, due to council tax exemptions, the rooms are only available to students. I'm a PhD student at Sussex myself, so looking for two friendly lodgers/housemates to get a good communal vibe going in the house. The house is well-furnished and in a great location, with amazing links links to universities and within walking distance into town.

Waling distances:
-3 min to Lewes Road (bus stop to Falmer – 15 minutes journey)
-10 min to London Road (Aldi, open market)
-20 min to Brighton station
-30 min to the beach

Longer term preferred (e. g., 12 months)
