Double room in central 3 bed flat share

Two queer women looking for someone to move into our flat share. We’ve lived together for three years in this flat and are looking for a friendly girlie or non-binary person that fits our flat vibe to move in with us :)
We both work 9-5 jobs and work from home a lot. Our flat has a friendly chatty vibe and we both enjoy hanging out with friends, going to the pub and having people over for dinner. We tend to keep it chilled on weeknights, but like to have a good time on the weekends.
Alex - I moved to Brighton 8 years ago for uni and now I work here in the environment sector. I love nature, pole dancing, gym, trying new veggie recipes, reading, sea swimming and going to the pub!
Zoe - I moved to Brighton just over three years ago and work as a civil servant. I am very sociable and like to keep busy. My hobbies include playing the fiddle, going to queer events, life drawing, gym, hiking, reading, cooking, beach (especially watching the murmurations!) and yapping.
P. s. we are not a couple!
The flat is close to Brighton station and 15 minutes walk from the beach. We have a spacious living / dining room and kitchen with plenty of cupboard space (and a dishwasher!) and one bathroom.
The room is an unfurnished double room (bed can be included) that’s on the smaller side but does come with a roomy storage cupboard.
The room is £583 plus ~£107 in bills and council tax.
