Looking for a flatmate, preferably a woman to share with another woman.

The candidate MUST work in the frontline sector, like support worker, nurse, NHS employee, teacher, and earn no more than 32k, in order to maintain the reduce rent of £755.00 rent per person plus bill.

This is a brand new 2 bedroom apartment, fully furnished, warm, dry, no damp, no mold, no condensation, new furniture, washer-dryer, oven, dishwasher, fridge, all electric with AA efficiency, perfect thermal insulation… in a year we turned on the heating 4 times in the middle of winter.

Rent £755 each including broadband, gym, concierge, bike shed, rooftops, complimentary residents’ events. Please note that from October the rent will increase by 5%, although I sincerely hope not.

Additionally costs:

- Water an average of £12 per month each (depends on consumption).
- Council tax is band C - £86.50 each per month.
- Electricity/heating/hot water £36.80 per month fixed each… then additional consumption if we spend more.

WHO AM I LOOKING FOR? I’m looking for a mature, serious, clean, sociable person, not a party animal, respectful of others’ spaces to share the apartment.

I repeat, to get a discount on the rent, the candidare must work in the NHS sector, or as a support worker, or teacher. Basically, frontline category.
