Lovely large, double room available in a cosy Havant town house. I’m looking for someone to share this house with myself and my cat Pepper. House includes a decent size kitchen, living room, dining room and an outdoor space the right size for BBQs. With space for storing a bike or two. It’s on a quiet road sheltered from the bustle of the traffic, but only a short walk away from central Brighton and local buses (Lewes Road is 3mins walk away, London Road 12mins walk). A small park known affectionately as ‘The Patch’ by locals is right on our doorstep. The house and area is a relaxed space and a lovely place to live.

The room comes unfurnished (pictures show the room with the current housemate’s belongings). But with built in shelves. Rest of the house is shared.

Rent and all shared bills (Broadband, Energy, Council Tax and Water) currently come to £960 a month.
