Spacious ground floor room

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP until 25th August 2025 (although I can be flexible for a month or two). Rent is £475 p/m without bills, bills are probably less than £100 at the moment.
The room itself is spacious and on the ground floor of a 2 storey house.
There is 1 main bathroom and 1 small toilet. A fairly spacious garden which we’ve just had done ☺️ and a joint kitchen/living room.
Furniture can be left as I am moving into my boyfriend’s house, so there is a bed frame, mattress, small desk and a bedside table available if needed, as well as clothes rails.
You’d be sharing with 1 other girl and 2 guys, all between ages of 22-24 and are super friendly and chilled!
This isn’t a sublet; I would pay the fees to get our names switched on the tenancy as I am leaving for the rest of the duration to move in with my partner. Deposit would be £547 and you will either need to be working full time and had that job for 6 months or have a guarantor if you are a student.
