The house is lovely and spacious with high ceilings and it is newly refurbished. Roughly a 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Churchill square and walking distance to both bus stops and the Brighton train station. Busses run constantly with great access to the main bus 25, but also a variety of others. There’s also great parking availability.

The room:
- £650 (excluding bills)
- Comes with a wardrobe and a separate shelving unit so there’s loads of storage space
- Top floor room which grants loads of attic space
- 2 bathrooms that are very spacious and newly done
- Very well lit with roof windows
- Very cosy and can easily be decorated to be give a home feeling

The house:
- houses 5 people
- Shared ground floor kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, sink toaster, microwave and TV!
- 2 separate bathrooms (One contains a washing machine!)
- if you’re a student you will not be liable to pay any council tax
If you’re a professional you receive a 25% reduction on your council tax.
