Flat South Lanes, 3 en-suite double rooms

We are 3 friends looking for a group of people to take over our amazing flat in Central Brighton. We sadly have to leave due to work changes but our current tenancy agreement is until june 2025.
Therefore you would replace us in the tenancy agreement until June 2025. Then, a new contract would be singed the agency after June.

There are 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, + 1 extra shared toilet , shared living room and kitchen + terrace.

1 room is available from the 1st of November
The other 2 rooms will be available from Jan /Feb 2025 (some flexibility)
The house is unfurnished but we can negotiate if you want to keep the furniture.

We prefer to find a group of friends that want to take the whole flat rather than finding replacements for each room separately to make the swapover as seamless and smooth as possible.

Some bills are included in the price.

The agency will require reference check , so you would need to be either working or be able to pay 6 months in advance or have a guarantor.
