Big Double Room, House of Music & Football Lovers

Kit is in his 50s with adult children who have partially flown the nest. He has a large double room available in his spacious house with front and rear gardens. Kit loves many types of music, plays flute, guitar and piano but his passion is football and watches pretty much every match shown on Sky Sports. His son is home from university outside of term-time and is also a musical football fan. They are smokers, of the more bohemian kind. Also resident is Mitzi the kitten who is either a whirlwind of energy or hiding and sleeping.

The room is a large double, with double bed, three seater sofa in case you wish to entertain friends privately, large wall mounted tv, desk, chair and chest of drawers. It has two west facing windows with fantastic views of the valley and sunsets beyond.

There is a large wet-room/shower room and a separate w. c.

Downstairs is a double lounge/dining area and a very spacious kitchen, with two fridges and a washing machine. . Front and back gardens, sheltered and secluded.

This is an easy going, well travelled household with family links to South Africa, the ideal candidate would be a second or third year student, postgraduate, young professional aged 20-30, who would appreciate the football vibes and access to Sky Sports. Bonus points if you like cooking!

The house is in Hollingdean, about ten minutes walk from Moulsecoomb station and Brighton University. Two minutes walk to small shops, post office, takeaways, barber etc.

Close to number 50 bus route, (1min) weekdays every ten minutes, dwindling slightly evenings and weekends.
