Double room with en-suite in central Brighton

Beautiful double room with en-suite shower in the New England Quarter in central Brighton. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and desk. I am looking for someone on a Monday to Friday basis, or can do 7 days a week on a short let at £200pw. I am writer/producer who works from home, so ideally would need to have someone who is either studying or out at work all day. I have a peaceful, tranquil home, so it probably would not be suitable for anyone who likes to party.
