Hello, I am looking for someone to replace me and take over the tenancy agreement which ends on 23rd August 2025. The available double bedroom is in a spacious four bedroom house positioned close to Sussex university; walking distance to Falmer campus. It is close to public transport, shops and Wild Park nature reserve. 1 minute walk from nearest bus stop and convenience store.
The double bedroom is on the first floor, along with two of the other bedrooms. The bathroom and kitchen have been recently refurbished and both have lots of storage space. There are two fridges (you will be sharing with one other person) and you will have a whole cupboard designated to you. The living room comes furnished with two sofas and access out to the large garden.

The rent is £650, bills included. You would be sharing the house with 3 girls aged 21-23, who are all very friendly, organised and clean.

There is no deposit required. The new tenant will need to pay around £140 for the reposit scheme.
A guarantor will be required unless they pay 6 months rent in advance.

I need someone ASAP as I need to return home due to unexpected family circumstances.
