Double room available in lovely little 2 bedroom house near East Brighton Park.

House has 1x downstairs bathroom, small kitchen, dining room and living room (pictured) and small garden (pictured).
Council tax band B.

The room already has an IKEA Hemnes day bed and bedside table - can be removed if needed. I am the only other housemate, currently renting from a private landlord.
Room has enough space for double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also inbuilt storage with shelves.

A little bit about myself:

I am a 30 year old queer female and a full time teacher. On weekday evenings I like to relax, watch tv, cook, read. On the weekends I like to see friends, go out, or stay in depending on my mood. I like to keep the house clean and tidy but am not obsessive about it. My interests are music, food, gym, art, shit reality tv, dancing on nights out and singing (love karaoke). I am a meat eater so any potential housemate would have to be ok with that.

Looking for another housemate who is a working professional, tidy and respectful of the space, has a good sense of humour and may share some similar interests.
