It’s a very large room and will be available from October 30th. The house is located in Elm Grove area, just off Lewes Road and very close to the large Sainsbury’s.

The house is spacious and newly renovated with mahogany floorboards throughout, featuring a lovely garden as well as a small balcony on 1st floor overlooking the garden.

There are two kitchens, and three bathrooms. You’d be sharing your bathroom (right next to the bedroom) with just one other.

You’d also be sharing the house with four others (three females and 1 male)
