You are welcome to come view when the house is free (usually mid week - any time). I put house availability from 2nd Jan but can acutally accomodate from 27th December onwards.
Potential flatmate looking for should be respectful to the house and keep kitchen tidy. Use of kitchen / dining area and living room in the evenings after 6pm.
Entire house can be rented if needed in the months of January and February 2025 £5,000 plus bills.
Bills would be contrituting to gas and electricity, wifi / tv, water etc - £50 each person. to contribute towards the monthly bills.
