In our shared 6 bed house we’re a fairly fresh crowd with a lengthy bio, sorry - and we’re looking for a young, outgoing, independent (even LGBTQ person to raise our bi house creds but not key :) - keen for a shared home rather than a corporate, soulless place to crash.

Light and airy house with gas central heating, double glazing, 2 shower rooms, dishwasher, lounge, front & rear gardens, summerhouse (great for arts & craft when cleared) PS4 and fast Virgin broadband. Further pool billiard, table tennis, fire place, extra garden/study room, sauna and even houseboat all shared at times.

The double room may be free slightly earlier around 9 October part furnished, wooden floors, bed, desk and wardrobe at £560 all-in plus deposit (£650).

We’re on the edge of Kemptown, 2 mins to park and bus stop, 5 mins to shops, sea and Marina. Free parking. Or cycle along seafront to Pier 12 mins. Check BN2 5NY.

We are mostly mid 20s, mixed genders & sexualities and look for the right person to enjoy what we have. This is neither agency-led nor a student house or typical live-in landlord / family place but has more of an international cooperative feel with an environmentally friendly approach. You should be friendly, curious, fun, hands-on and engaging to hang out with, organise the house, cook together occasionally (can be very social but usually quiet and no party house), play pool, chill in sauna with a beer or milk (or oat :) at the end or just watch the sunset.

WFH a day or two only is fine as we don’t want to turn our home into a 9-5 office block and prefer good music over being quiet for or nervous by business which is for employers to arrange. No couples and no pets to move in sorry, and as we offer and want an affordable, stable home you’d need to commit to at least half a year!
