Gorgeous furnished double room ~ central Brighton

Stylish furnished double room to let in my central Brighton 2 bed home with garden, situated just 5 mins from Brighton station, the lanes & seafront.
I live here with my beautiful dog (whippet) & often have other well behaved dogs to stay, so I am essentially looking for a dog lover who loves animals & doesn't mind them being around.
I am vegan & don't allow any animal products in the house, particularly food, so I either need someone to respect this or be vegan themselves.
One of my vocations is teaching aerial yoga & I have a set up / rig to practice in my home & garden, so my space would suit a yoga enthusiast / aerialist.
I enjoy socialising & getting to know people but also love my own space and in turn I would fully respect yours.
I am looking for a creative like myself who is conscientious around the house & someone I don't have to clean up after.
As I work from home, I would ideally prefer someone who doesn't!
Quite specific criteria I know, but I feel it's best to paint a picture of who I'm looking for & for my prospective house mate to know what to expect.
My home is my sanctuary but I am open to welcoming the right person in ;)
All bills included ~ deposit & references required.
