Queen’s park Junction

The house comes with a lot of appliances such as microwave, washing machine, drier, toaster & kettle etc.
The room available is the biggest in the house and has a wonderful window seat!
There are bus stops directly outside the house & so are two local shops.
There is access to the garden which is huge.
You can park for free on the weekends and at certain times midweek however, you can pay for a permit.
The room has lots of storage space and comes with a new bed&mattress. There are two drawers space and a desk.
There are two share bathrooms one upstairs and one down stairs only one has a bath/shower.
This room also has the wifi box inside which means you’ll have access to the quickest wifi!!
We are not picky about who will be moving in and would welcome anyone!
The house mates you’ll be living with are absolutely lovely, they are chatty and tidy! All of them are students within their 3rd years.
If you are not a student you are liable to pay your own council tax which the landlord can support you to fill out they are an absolutely amazing couple! very helpful!
