Single room Available

This is a lovely single room near Preston Park. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. It's currently an office/dump room, so I apologize for the images.

You'll be living with Bettie and Lulu, the best dog in the world. I'm a black, bisexual woman who's ND, so you don't like that. Sorry, here is not for you. There's storage in the bathroom and living room and space for a small chest of draws in the hallway.

I am looking for another professional; unfortunately, I work at a university, so there are no students. I'm friendly and chatty. I love cooking and am an introvert, but I have good people skills, considering I'm ND. I'm looking for someone who wants to make this their home, someone who wants to be friendly, though personal space is also very important.

You must love dogs. This is Lulu's house; we just happen to pay the bills and live in it. There's a crafting corner, a sofa bed in the living room for guests, a projector (I don't have a TV), an air fryer, an ice cream maker, and a BBQ; I love kitchen gadgets. It's a great, modern house with no dampness or mould that it is a unicorn in Brighton. We live above the landlord's workshop. We're detached from other houses; the only noise is us and the street.

Per the landlord's request, you'll need a guarantor and a credit check. The bills are around 190, and we're in a high council tax band.
